I was in love with thos board. I love the tie down straps both in front and in back and the mount for the camera....I love the 12ft length and the shape of the board. It feels solid and glides well. The paddle is better than the last one I got with a different board BUT I only rode it 3 or 4 SHORT times last year....this year I brought it out once for 30 minutes with a friend who wanted to buy the same one. She fell in love. The next day we went to take it out again but it had deflated completely within less than 24 hours. When I tried to re-inflate it I hear the hissing from the seam where you tighten the lid to seal the air in and water out. It lost 5 PSI in just a few short minutes. How do you patch that? Then I saw some other reviews that were marked off of here that had the SAME complaints.....so I've rode this less than 5 hours total and it's unusable at this point (unless someone knows what I can do). I'm going to reach put to Amazon but I purchased this 1 year ago so I don't think that I'll have any luck. I'm super frustrated and would love if the seller would reach out and make this correct because when you spend money like this and don't even get to enjoy your purchase it sucks! UPDATE: The company saw my review and even after the year and without me having to beg, they are rectifying the issue. I expect a new board within the week! I changed from 1 star to 4....and only 4 because of the inconvenience in the first place but if this board comes in and without issue I'd say the company would deserve a 5 star review for having such prompt and understanding response to this! ... show more

Perfect kit to get out on the water and have a good time. The main reason I bought this kit was the ultimate value with the electric pump, I set the PSI and get the rest of my gear ready to go, by the time I'm set up, its inflated and ready to go. So convenient! The board is plenty stiff for calm and choppy water, I've been out on both and I've yet to regret being out there on this board. I did have a small issue with the valve leaking a bit of air on this first ride, but after tightening the valve with the supplied tool I was out there fully confident that I wouldn't face another issue. The only thing I didn't like and upgraded right away was the paddle, sure it's convenient because it breaks down and fits into the bag, but I didn't like how much flex it had when I was trying to paddle efficiently. It works great when I have my gf on the front and she can help out, but for myself I instantly upgraded to an adjustable carbon paddle and couldn't be happier. All in all this kit is a great value if you want to get out on the water on a board that tracks straight, can carry good speed, and fit a passenger if you wanted to. I love it! ... show more

Decent quality. Best part is the electric pump. The bag zipper & repair kit case is a bit flimsy otherwise the SUP itself & the pump is worth it. Low resistance on water means it can go really fast with min effort.

I rented an iSUP to go out for my first time with a friend that just purchased her own board. I fell in love with the paddle boarding and wanted to buy own iSUP. But my friend paid over $400 for her iSUP which I definitely didn’t want to do. I searched Amazon and watched YouTube reviews and landed on this puppy. I am definitely 1000% satisfied! Everything about this SUP is easy to use. I love the electric pump (pumped and ready to go in just a few minutes). I am a novice with water toys, but following along with the enclosed instructions, made for a great experience taking it out on the water for the first time. We used the electric pump to inflate the SUP in the parking lot and I easily with one hand carried it down to the beach about 100 yards and downhill. When done for the day, we simply deflated it on the beach, folded it up, and carried it back up to the car in the backpack that came with the purchase. In the water, the 11 foot SUP with the supplied fin and paddle easily cut through the water even when we were going against the current. A+, we love this SUP. ... show more

I do like the paddle board - can fit a couple people easily with the length and the electric pump makes quick work on set up. Only compliant is that the front is crooked so the tip of the hair leans a little to one side but I have not noticed it to affect the paddling just aesthetics of the board
