In order to offer the freshest flower possible, four days prior to your delivery date, flowers are harvested at the greenhouses, our team packages and wraps them tightly with a protective plastic or carton sleeve and each bunch is labeled with its unique variety name or type of flower.
- Only the most beautiful blooms will make their way to you since each bud will be inspected thoroughly before they are packaged. Our red roses will bloom within a couple of days right before your eyes so that you get to enjoy their beauty for days and days. Due to the delicate nature of our product, a signature will be required by FedEx except when shipped via priority overnight.

After they have been graded they are placed in a hydrating solution in a temperature-controlled room for up to 24 hours.

The packing is tight. Some of them were a bit off. Order a few days before you need them to give yourself time to cut clean and open a bit. They worked out for me in the end. Really beautiful center pieces and have lasted for about a week now.

Last year I ordered the same roses and they came in perfect condition... This time there are roses that are wilted and have damaged petals. I immediately brought them indoors when they were delivered so they must have been sent to me in this condition. For the price I'm paying I expected better quality.

Roses were wrapped up tighter than Ralphie's little brother in A Christmas Story. None of the roses were damaged, arrived a day earlier, would buy again.
