This is a decent bit of kit. It's got style, and using it is as easy as pie. Seriously, it could win awards for its looks and simplicity. But here's the kicker - the freezer pack just doesn't hold up. It cools your wine quick, but runs out of chill pretty fast. So, if you're planning a long, leisurely wine session, this might not be your best bet. Their customer service team was cool when I reached out, though.
