I have washed these towels umpteenth times and they continue to shed black pilling all over my body- even worse if I have slathers my body with lotion. My face looks as though I have a face full of blackheads and this is after months of washing them . They are very soft but my husband refuses to use them because they do not absorb water. Pass on this purchase unless you just want to use them for decor and not the actual drying of your body. ... show more

These weren't as full or soft as I'd hoped. They worked in a pinch until I could find a better set. Not very absorbent. Wash them first to get rid of dye residue. They'll be dog towels before long.

I have washed these 4-5 times and I use dryer sheets and these towels leave black pilling all over us when we dry off 😔 Love the look and feel tho.
