"I bought this 4-pack for family pool days and I’m really impressed with the quality for the price. They are a great 'oversized' 30 x 60 inches, which is perfect for laying out on a lounge chair or wrapping up after a swim. The ring-spun cotton feels soft and smooth, not scratchy like some other beach towels I’ve tried. I’ve washed them a few times already and the colors have stayed bright without fading or excessive lint. They strike a nice balance—thick enough to be absorbent, but thin enough that they don't take forever to dry in the sun. The modern striped design looks very high-end and minimalist. I needed some beach towels for visiting grandchildren and this 4 pack seemed right. I washed and dried them first as instructed and they did release a lot of fluff forte first wash. But they are thick and absorbent with bright pleasing colors. They are a hit and the price was right.

When I bought these towels, I had no idea the nightmare of a journey that I was about to embark on. I've had them for weeks, and yet, still not used them, so I can't speak on their absorbency. I just know if I could go back in time I'd never purchase them. I wanted to wash them before using them, as I imagine most do. And I followed the tag instructions on how. Yet, they came out covered in fuzz. I thought I could just wash them again, but they only looked worse when I did. Both times the lint trap was overflowing with fuzzy pink lint. I read articles on how to fix it. I tried vinegar in the wash, and I used 3 mega rolls worth of lint rollers. Taking hours of my time, washing and drying and rolling... Just to find that they were always still covered in fuzz. Little red balls all over the white stripes, and little white ones all over the red stripes. I probably should have returned them then, but I felt I was too deep in it to give up. I didn't want all my work to be for nothing. So I bought a fabric shaver. And somehow even using an electric tool to help, I can't escape the fuzz. I am currently writing this as I take a break from doing the first side of the first towel. It took me 20 minutes. And it's not perfect still, but good enough at this point. But I have FOUR towels, that have TWO SIDES each... so alas, I get the feeling that I'll truly never be done "prepping" these towels. From the description and reviews, I thought they seemed like nice cotton towels, that would go great in my kids' bathroom. But I was led astray. The truth is these towels are the worst towels I've ever owned. And I can confidently say that, having never even used them. Purchase at your own risk. ... show more

These are wonderful towels! I bought two sets of 4 for a beach trip and preached all of them. They didn't seem to shrink but they did fluff up so nicely in the dryer. The kids loved them and they were a great size. No flaws I could find and I'm picky!
