They are on the thinner side but not uncomfortable at all. I will say they are not on the softness spectrum close to something like jersey sheets, they are closer to a t-shirt/standard hotel sheet, but they are still soft! Omg these sheets are wonderful. Soo soft, not at all thin or flimsy, they keep you warm but allow you to breath, and they fit my deep mattress. For the price they cannot be beat.
