I absolutely love these rings! I bought one set to see if I liked them and once they arrived, I immediately bought a second set! Not only do these rings glide easily, but they have another wonderful feature that I like even BETTER! I have a long (180") shower curtain (that covers the back and sides of a shower under construction) http://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B003M6ANPQ?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage and these rings make it incredibly easy to take the shower curtain out and put it back up when it needs to be washed. I especially like the design of the actual hooks where the curtain(s) attach! The curtains go on independently (vs layered like most rings), so it is EASY PEASY to remove only the curtain you want to wash! In my case, the curtain is along the sides and back of my shower, so I don't have the double curtain effect like on the front of a shower, BUT I do have two shower caddys [ http://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OACNKS8?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage ] keeping things organized and easy to find since we have lost the use of the shelf of the tub with the new configuration, and I do not have to remove them each time I wash the curtain! I have the Organizers hanging on the front hooks, and the curtain in the back ones and removing the curtain is a simple job! No fighting with a heavy caddy or need to remove all of the products! The organizer remains in place, the curtain gets washed and the whole process is stress free!! I can't recommend these enough! UPDATE - 1/14/2017 As I removed the shower curtain and then put it back up after washing today, I once again smiled in thakfulness over the easy of doing so with these Hooks! I bought these in July of 2015, and they're still in beautiful shape! No rust, no sticking rollers, just simplicity of use! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them! The cheap plastic rings I got with my shower curtain finally broke so I figured it was time to get a proper set of shower curtain rings. I simply picked these since they were the cheapest I saw on here. They glide very smoothly and stay in place which is nice. I have one of those extendable curtain rods and these rings work great on that.

I grabbed these shower curtain hooks for a budget bathroom refresh. They seemed like a steal. But wow, big mistake. The Setup: Our upstairs bathroom is at the end of a hallway in a big, open-concept house. The bathroom door stays open when not in use. Humidity? Just around 30% in this dry fall season. No extra moisture at all. The Problem: After only 2 months, most hooks show rust spots everywhere. Some are way worse (check the attached photo). My old set? It lasted 7 years in the same spot with just a bit of rust on the tips. The Quality: Up close, they feel cheap and flimsy. Rough edges, uneven plating, total low-end vibe. The listing says "100% stainless steel." Nope. This is plated junk that can't take even basic dampness. Real stainless is a must for bathrooms, and these flop hard. How does it have 4.4 stars from 9k+ reviews? Maybe a bad batch for me, but it's sketchy. Bottom Line: Skip these. Go for proven stainless steel. Don't end up scrubbing rust mid-shower. Super disappointed!
