I’ve had the USMOLA Moss Vine in my green tree frog vivarium for going on 9 months now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. I originally got it to give my frogs another natural-looking area to climb and move around on, but it has ended up being one of my favorite pieces in the entire vivarium. The vine looks really good right out of the box, but I think it looks even better once it gets wet. I use it along with my Moistenland Reptile Humidifier, Misting System for Terrariums, and whenever the mister sprays the vine and it gets covered in moisture, it gives the whole enclosure a much more natural, rainforest-like appearance. The moss really stands out when it’s wet and fits perfectly with the type of environment I was trying to create for my frogs. I also really like how bendable the vine is. It makes it easy to position exactly where I want it and shape it around the other decorations, plants, and branches in the vivarium. I was able to create different climbing paths and angles without having to fight with it or worry about it constantly falling back into a straight shape. After almost 9 months of being in a humid vivarium environment, I’m also impressed with how well it has held up. It has been exposed to regular misting and high humidity the entire time and has continued to look good. I expected it might start looking worn out after being constantly wet, but so far it has remained a great-looking part of the enclosure. My green tree frogs seem to enjoy using it as well. It gives them another surface to climb and perch on, and it adds some height and dimension to the vivarium instead of everything being concentrated on the bottom. Honestly, I don't really have anything negative to say about this vine. It looks great, it's easy to shape and position, it has held up extremely well for me, and it adds a really nice natural appearance to the enclosure. If you're putting together a reptile or amphibian vivarium and want something that looks natural while also giving your animals another climbing surface, I definitely recommend this one. For my setup, especially combined with the automatic mister, it has been a great addition and has helped give my frog vivarium the natural look I was going for. ... show more

I bought these to add some height to my Giant African Millipede's enclosure when a friend told me about them. I was hesitant but Archie LOVES climbing and, to my surprise, EATING the moss on here. I was worried that it wasn't real moss and I had to check, but it is, and he's doing amazing! It's super cool to be able to shape them how you want, and cut them easily! The vine looks very natural and my snake uses it to help climb and get to other areas of his terrarium. It’s thick, fully cushioned, covered in moss, and bendable so you can shape them however you like. It’s messy when you take it out of the bag and start shaping it, but most of the fun things in life are messy. It offers a nice natural scent, looks fantastic, attaches easily and provides enrichment with different textures and access to other parts of the terrarium. Looks great in my anoles enclosure. Easy to bend, but moss slips and exposes metal, make sure that the moss is fully covering the metal before placing it in your enclosure. The moss does shed off of the vine but only when it’s disturbed a lot. Warning, this will mold if you are putting it into a tropical enclosure; let off a pretty bad odor when it started molding. ... show more

Starts falling apart as soon as you take it out of the bag. I wouldn’t put this near any of my reptiles! It’s not even worth my time returning it…it would cost me more to return this GARBAGE! DON’T waste your $

The “moss” falls off anytime I touch it, especially when I manipulate it into a new position. It’s a little difficult to bend the wire into the exact position I want and get it to stay there without like reverting back a bit. They look great at first glance but if your lizard or animal likes to lick or eat food off these things I would not recommend. ... show more
