I am very impressed with the feel and look of this cord. It is very similar in color and texture of the original cord that came with my iPhone15. If they weren't placed next to each other, I would not thought they were the same. The CTX cord is a little more textured and the weave is not as fine as the Apple cord and it's also a little thicker (see photo). The color is pretty much spot on. I am not sure if there is a chip in this that specifically ensures that the iPhone does not overcharge since it's not made just for iPhones. I am going to have to put a label on my iPhone cord now so that I won't mix them up. ... show more

This braided cable is soft and flexible. It relatively thin but well constructed. I texted it with my Samsung S23 Plus and it is capable of super-fast charging my phone when I use a USB adapter rated at 3A or greater. Very reasonable price for two cables.
