  • Always good to have an extra
Considering Nura uses a proprietary connector I get paranoid that if I lost the 'one' that comes with i'd be screwed. Got the USB-C variant to use with either my Google Pixel 3 XL and/or it's usb-c charger. For the most part I use the Nura solely as bluetooth but out of curiosity plugged the cable into my phone. So it will basically tell you battery charge level and when playing music it will remember the most recent setting you were listening to. However you cannot change the settings as it apparently can only done via bluetooth which was good to know. The first time I connected via wire I had the social mode enabled and could not turn it off until i unplugged switch to bluetooth, turned off social, then plugged wire back in. ... show more

  • Not what I expected, but they work.
I've been working with headphones for years now, and I am used to corded sets being of better quality (because they're more heavily powered and immersive), but with these that just isn't the case. In fact, the wireless sound is better than the corded sound... which doesn't make much sense to me. I thought that they would improve the quality, but you can't even get the "immersive mode" when they're connected via cord. I wish that wasn't the case. Maybe a software plug will help. ... show more

  • Proprietary connecter, so get it while you can
Nura uses a proprietary connecter, so if you like your headphones you might want to grab some cables while they're still available. These phones don't work unless they're charged, so an extra charging cable is not a bad idea. And maybe a cable for connecting to your music source. A shame they couldn't use a standard connecter. ... show more
