I would take off one star because the mug has a glossier finish than in the photos and I would have preferred a satin finish. Plus, it doesn't quite live up to the mug I'm replacing, which had artwork printed on it. (Plain pink will just have to do.) But... other than that, I'm very happy with the size, shape, weight, handle shape/size, and the lip, which is nice and thin and easy to drink from. Also the price is much better than that of my artsy mug, the one I broke and threw away. So I'm going to give it 5 stars, and, who knows, I might even order a second one. ... show more
