The media could not be loaded. Received it today and immediately put it to use. Was able to clean our carpeted stairs relatively quickly, and it was needed! My only complaint is that the smaller brush isn’t very sturdy, the grey piece fell off within a few minutes of using it. I don’t think that part was needed, but disappointing to see how easily that part fell apart. Otherwise the metal scraper is really the best tool, and I use the white side of the smaller scraper tool to remove dirt at the end (to finish the cleaning) ... show more

The metal tool works amazingly well at removing pet hair and lint balls. It has worked well on t-shirts and clothing as well as my couch. The plastic (other tool) is just the opposite; it is nearly useless. It doesn't gather or remove anything... so far

I've had pet carpet rakes before but somehow they grow legs and walk off. I'm keeping this one under lock and key because it's the best ever!!!! I've included close-up photos of the different types of carpets I have in my home and how well it worked on their various textures, weaves, and piles. My home has mostly laminate floors with area rugs but the bedrooms have deep plush carpet. We vacuum everything consistently twice a week but regardless pet fur can work its way into the fibers. This gets it out easily. It even works on faux suede upholstery and other fabrics. The last picture is of the entire pile of fur removed from my front entry hall - about 7 minutes work of raking. The second rake (not shown) seems to work well on sweaters, bedspreads, throw pillows, and other fabrics but there wasn't much to show you. ... show more

I thought I was getting up most of my cat's hair from my rugs when I vacuumed. I was wrong. These tools really pick up what's left and make my rugs look so much better. I would suggest a pet hair remover with a longer handle if you have larger rugs or a lot of carpet, but for my purposes these work just fine.
