The product description is incorrect. The hose was advertised as having a 3/8” vacuum fitting, but the large fitting does not match a standard 3/8 SAE vacuum port (5/8”-18 UNF). It does not fit my Testo 557s or standard HVAC vacuum equipment and the fitting is significantly oversized. I wasted a lot of time trying to identify the thread type and troubleshoot compatibility because the listing specifications are misleading. Please correct the product description.
