Poor quality and not true to size. Very thin band, wouldn't even go over my husbands knuckle. What is really infuriating is we returned this product to the Staples for quick return the beginning if September. It is now September 24 and the ring has not been received at amazon...no refund, it's just sitting there. This went on my credit card for our wedding and I will be stuck paying the interest because the return time is so slow. They say the return will not be refunded until October 11! ... show more

Now I sent it back the same day, but they can take 14 to 30 days to refund the account, which means I cannot reorder the same ring in a different size until it is confirmed that the item has been received back.
