These are the same type of clogs I wore back in the 70's. I liked them then & even more so now, as I have pain issues & edema in my feet. It's hard to find such a nice clog at this price, which I was more than happy to pay. Due to pain issues it's necessary for me to have a shoe I can simply slip my foot in to. I also have edema which is swelling & unfortunately for me it can be severe, which means I never know if I can get my foot in my shoes. I did purchase a man's size so they would be wider. These clogs have somewhat of a strap which I was able to adjust out to the 3rd hole. These are great little shoes, they are made well & are comfortable even for me. They have a rubber sole which is important for me because they help prevent me from slipping. The shoes are stiff but will break in nicely.

I bought my first pair of these clogs 2 years ago. I have fallen arches and MS, so I needed flat shoes that give good foot support. Birkenstocks are great but are so expensive, so I wanted a good knock off pair. These were comfy right out of the box, and only got more comfy as they molded to my feet. They were my go to shoe for flying because they are easy to slip on and off at the TSA checkpoint and they protected my toes, and for colder weather they are great for keeping my feet warm even if I added a pair of socks all while staying super comfy. I wore them so much that I wore the soles down. While visiting my brother this week, his new lab got a hold of one of my shoes and destroyed it. I needed them to fly home, so I bought a new pair. I was worried the quality may have changed in 2 years. They arrived today, and once again are super comfy right out of the box. They are unisex so I ordered my usual shoe size, and they fit perfectly. I’m sure I will be ordering more in the future as these get loved to death.

I ordered 8 M, but the shoe embossing shows 8 W. My actual size is 7.5 W, but going down to a 7 in these shoes would have not worked. The shoes are slightly too large. They may fit if I wear them with socks in the fall and winter. Therefore, I will keep them. The shoes are solidly made and seem to be comfortable. I may have to punch another hole in the strap and get toe pads. Be careful with sizing.

The shoes are comfortable and true to size. The suede on the corners looked worn but the bottom weren’t. The color is off. I ordered black they are a charcoal grey.

I've now ordered two pairs of these shoes and will be returning due to size and quality issues. First, the sized listed isn't unisex, it's women's size. They do say that in the description, but it's still confusing. Second, they show sizes 11-11.5. Those are just women's 11. I'm not sure why they claim to do half sizes. Last, the shoes I received seemed worn and slightly damaged (shoe glue on inside and side of clog).

Why pay much higher on Birkenstock? I broken my heel and needed flat shoes with cute looking, these worked perfectly for me and very comfy. It took me a while to decide which size shall I buy, their size chart is kind of confusing because they are unisex. I just purchased a size 6.5 assumed they were women size, and they fitted perfectly. I also like the their arch support, my flat feet did not feel any pain after a whole day shopping yesterday. Nice shoes, I would definitely recommend them!

The TF Star shown here in Black is next to a Birkenstock in white. I ordered a size 7 black. TF Star and a 37 narrow in the Birkenstock. The black ones fit a little looser because they only come in a wide, and they don’t have as much arch support as the Birkinstocks , but they are cushier than the Birkinstocks. The suede is a little bit lower of a quality of suede but all in all, I will definitely keep these shoes and do recommend them.
