I purchased two of these Chef coats. I got a small one and a three extra large. The small fits well on my employee, but the sleeves are super long. I just told her to cut them off and sell them to fit her arms better. The 3 extra large is huge. So I think they run larger than expected. Good quality, fabric and light. The overall quality of the coat (it's actually a shirt), is really high! It feels durable and heavy duty. The biggest problem is the size. I ordered a small, and it is so big that it comes down to my knees. The "short" sleeves cover my arms down to the wrists. Because they are meant to be short and not long sleeves, they don't sit as intended, so puff out awkwardly. It's not just big in the arms. It's also all around big. I can nearly fit another me inside this coat. If someone told me I was sent a large by mistake, I would believe it. Alas, the tag says "small".
