These were the perfect size for what I needed them for in my classroom. They are quite small; however, they served the purpose for which I purchased them! There is a small sticky strip to hold the two ends together; however, I ended up putting a strip of hot glue to help reinforce the hold. There is a short white hanger (so to speak) only about 1 or 2 inches long, which I cut off and replaced with clear fishing line to hang from my classroom ceiling. ... show more

We hung them from the ceiling, but they felt overshadowed by the pom poms we had on the walls. I feel these would make a great alternative to a pinwheel wall.
