I purchased these for a trip to Italy. Amazing pants! Amazing pants! They are soft comfortable and stretch. They are not too slim and not too baggy. The zippered pockets are wonderful for deterring pickpockets. They are just the right weight 3 season pants. You can wear them hiking, but you can also wear them out for a nice casual dinner. These might just be my new favorite pants. The fit seems to be just about perfect, they are comfortable, lightweight, seem to be well made, and I believe they will last a long time. I live in the HOT desert of Arizona and these are very lightweight and comfortable without feeling thin, cheap, or poorly made. I use these to hike even in the hottest part of the summer because I want protection from the sun and thorns but I don't want to be super hot... ... show more

These pants fit pretty well. They have a very normal fit with straight legs that are not binding like those hipster pants. I wear a knee brace underneath them and you can barely see it. I am a service technician so I am up and down a lot. Plus I drive a lot. These pants are lightweight and stretchy so they're never binding. There is a pocket on the side leg so I don't have to put my wallet in my back pocket which makes it much more comfortable for driving. They seem kind of thin so I wasn't sure if they would last. The first couple pairs I bought I wore for a year and still haven't worn out the knees or the butt. They're light enough so they are not too hot in the summer time but block the wind enough so they're not terribly cold in the winter either. I don't think these pants would be able to handle crawling around on rough concrete but then again not many pants do. One bonus is that they look good for meetings or the golf course as well. ... show more

I cannot speak more highly of the UB travel chino pants. My love for them borders on obsessive. As I begin this review its difficult for me to come up with a negative quality about them other than I dread the day that they eventually fall apart. I currently have 2 pairs of black, 2 khaki, and one gray. The reasons I adore them- The fit is perfect not too loose not too tight. They are breathable and light but still warm. I have worn them through all seasons. stain/liquid resistant- it may sound gross, but you can literally wear them for 2 weeks without dirtying. quick dry. They have zippers on the side leg and back pockets. You can wear them with a blazer as they are dressy looking enough that it works. Around the same time I purchased my first pair of these I bought a similar pair from a more well known company that were twice the price. All I can say is that they are too long, don't breath as well, and I hardly ever wear them. If there had to be a negative it would be that the price sometimes gets a little high, and as of yet the Navy color is not available in my size. As long as the price stays below 50.00 a pair I will be wearing them. ... show more

I love the look and feel, but the product arrived with a 2" split in the inner seam of the left leg :( Will update the review if my replacement pair seems to be of better quality material
