I played basketball in college but am now an old pickleball player, so I didn’t want to spend $150+ on shoes. Basketball shoes are more stable and work better in preventing sprained ankles, etc. during pickleball than running shoes or cross trainers. For the price, these are comfortable, nice looking, and functional. They are roomy in the toe box area without being overly wide and loose all over. This shoe is very comfortable nice quality. Great value. It's a lightweight yet supportive show. Do not get discouraged if the show starts off uncomfortable a little walking will break them in nicely.
