I just got this shirt yesterday, and I'm currently ordering one for a friend. Regarding everyone saying to size up, that's a rather subjective statement with respect to your size. I'm not a large person, with 14inch arms, a 32 inch waist, and a 45 or so inch chest. That's not a big guy by any means. I ordered a large, and it fits great. I have room for my arms to grow several more inches, and a ton of room for my chest. That being said, as long as you're not a person with oddly oversized arms you wouldn't necessarily need to size up. It's a COMPRESSION shirt, therefore it's meant to be rather tight. I wore it for the first time tonight, ran in to a friend, and she even commented on how good I looked. I hope this helps at least a few people. I didn't even look at the sizing chart since I stick to large shirts unless they're button downs. Just keep in mind that it's a tight fit, and if you have a large stomach, it won't tuck it in by any means, however, if you don't have much body fat, you're gonna look awesome! ... show more

I recommend going up one size if you are large in the arm area. Otherwise the underarm area will rub quite a bit. Other than that this is a great product.

I'm a big guy, and this undershirt does the job perfectly for me. Even in the hot days of summer, I don't feel like I have a bulky extra layer on me. It allows my body to breathe, feel comfortable, and stays in place, making for a perfect undershirt.
