They're pretty fantastic, and do exactly what you'd expect: they keep your thighs from rubbing, they're comfy in the heat and don't move on your skin unless you want them to. However, if you're the type to wear only a single layer of spandex, these aren't it. The crotch has a foam layer for privacy but the seat doesn't.
