Material: The material for this shirt is good and allows for stretching but not a lot of stretching. It’s also breathable and feels good on the skin Smell: The smell is alright for a shirt. Smells typical. Thickness: It’s not thick at all and good for sports and working out. **If you have a bit of a gut it will show** Size: This shirt is true to size towards your normal shirt. If you wear baggy clothes do not order the same size. Finally this shirt fits more for people who are taller/weigh more. I've never worn compression gear before. I really like this shirt. I wasn't sure what size to buy but I think I got the right size. I'm a 42 chest and ordered a large.
