I bought these as cold weather long underwear and that they are. They are also skin tight. They are, in my opinion, leggings similar to women's stretch tights. There is a side pocket cell phone holder that has no value to me. The leggings have no fly which is a bit of a drag outside in cold weather work. They are good, well made leggings that I will use. They just weren't what I thought I was buying.
