I wouldn't consider this shoe a running shoe. I use this shoe as a casual walking shoe. Do not feel it gives you the support needed to be a running shoe. The traction on the bottom of the shoe is not the best of quality, causing quick wear. The shoe fit true to size and was very comfortable. Shoes are also very lightweight.
