    • GREAT for resistance, plyo & walking - not long running

I usually have a pair of indoor shoes for resistance training, plyometrics and some treadmill running - these were replacements for much older indoor shoes. The shoes fit like a glove - on the first day they felt a little strange towards the top, close to the ankle, but no issues after a couple of times of wearing. The shoes are more comfortable to have on than off - in fact, they are so comfortable I'm thinking about getting another pair, possibly in a different style for outdoor use. I usually do longer outdoor and treadmill runs in Asics Cumulus - these Under Armour Asserts (10s) are awesome for jumping, lunges, squats, and probably any other exercise you can think of, but I would not get them for long distance running (say, of even 2 miles or more). Very comfortable good looking shoes, at least this 58 year old man thinks so. I normally wear size 11m, so that’s what I ordered and they fit perfectly. They have fairly thick soft soles. Haven’t gone on any long walks yet, but they’re comfortable wearing around town for several hours so I think they’ll be good walkers. I have never bought Under Armor brand of shoes before. I ordered a pair since the price was good. I am really amazed at how comfortable these shoes are. I use them for my walking. Since my first pair, I have bought 3 additional pairs. The shoe size and width are true to the specs.(not over or under sized). I am not a runner.
