The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love the waterfall type of faucet. I had one before but the quality was low and the paint began to peel. This seems like higher quality. Price is very affordable and there doesn’t seem to be any issue with water pressure. I would highly recommend! I will state from previous reviews it’s mentioned that the quality of the stopper is low and many noticed peeling. I didn’t install it but I believe a use fix is to utilize a protectant spray to avoid peeling. ... show more

I bought 2 of them, probably I will buy another 2 . Because they are so beautiful , the shape is stylish~ and I love the smooth touch. The quality is great. Worth the cost! And it was easy to install . The only thing I am not satisfied, just because the instructions says do not use putty plumber. But they all leaked. So I have to take it out again , I have no putty at home , so I just put the sealing tape on, no more leaks so far. I’m gonna keep checking if it still leaks. It is very nice and smooth water run. It was my first time installation by myself. Basically it was easy to install, but my old house had patch work job under sink. It took time to figured out about pipe size, but once I figured it out, it was really easy. Instruction was easy to understand, and came with very useful tool. edit: was before i checked various possibilities for blockage in the simple system. there are intake screens in the water connectors. i found some debris that was lodged on the intake screen of the hot water. removing and replacing the screen (thoughtfully provided by the manufacturer) the flow became the correct flow. and i am very pleased by the result. when my earlier one star review was published, the manufacturer reps contacted me and offered to refund my purchase, but that is no longer necessary. thank you for looking after your customers. there is only a minimum of water that flows through the faucet. nice looking product well packaged. easy to install. when i installed it, i saw how little water was coming out of the faucets, i really thought that i screwed up somehow. today, i see in the comments and reviews, that this is a problem that has come up in the past by other customers. Disappointed, after all that work, to get this trickle out of the faucets. i have 75 PSI water pressure in the buildings, and, really, there was nothing that i did (after checking over and over) to create this problem. even just a little more pressure would be much nicer and useful. ... show more

I am changing my review to 5 stars due to the 5 star customer service. They are sending an upgraded replacement for the chipping paint. Original post: We just installed this faucet a few weeks ago with our new sink. We love the look of the faucet but the paint chipped off this morning while brushing our teeth. Only the water was on. We have not cleaned the sink at all or used any types of sponges or scrubbers on it. Paint literally just fell off and went down the drain. Sad. Otherwise the sink is great.
