The shoe ran small and did not fit. I never wore the shoe, only tried on. It did not have any visible wear and tear. I returned immediately as new in same box. It clearly states free returns/exchanges within 30 days. Upon returning I received an email stating I’d be refunded $10 of the $140 total I spent. How insane.
