Size up! Love these slippers, but compared to all my other uggs i had to size one size up because these run a little small (usually an 8, bought a 9). Quality is like every other fur lined ugg and they are super cozy, will be wearing these around the house and on quick errands in the winter!

Love these slippers. I ordered my usual size and they were tight at first but as I wore them they stretched out and fit more comfortably now. They are soft and keep my feet warm. I love the platform to give a little lift too.

These are great! Planning to use as indoor slippers. They feel very sturdy and comfortable. I’m usually an 8.5-9 (and wear a 9 in the Ugg Tazz). I purchased these UGG slippers for my wife to wear inside only. Otherwise we don't wear shoes in the house (I know a little OCD). The inside of the shoes started to tear away. UGG has a one year warranty against defective materials and workmanship. My wife probably wore them 15-20 times in our rough household terrain. We reached out to Amazon (where I purchased them) and was told to return to UGG. We spent $26 to send them to UGG. We were told that they will need to be examined by their people to determine the issue (perhaps my wife wore them too hard around the house for a month). We were told this examination/inspection could take up to 14 days. I wish I had a pic but was only inspired to write this review after hearing what the folks at UGG said when my wife reached out to them. I'll let you know what the UGG experts decide... can't wait! Update: UGG denied the warranty claim, stating it was outside the one year warranty period. I argued they were purchased in Feb & you didn’t ask for the receipt when you gave return instructions. I assumed they would ask for the receipt once the “inspection” was complete. I learned that in the absence of a receipt, they determine the “purchase date” based on the date the shoes were manufactured… (convenient right?) I reached out to customer service but to no avail. I then put out a couple of reviews detailing my tale of woe & shortly thereafter my wife received an email saying she would receive a credit. No explanation as to why their decision had changed. The whole experience was very strange. But thanks to UGG for ultimately doing the right thing… but I was certainly disappointed in the process. ... show more
