So first pair I received fit well, I sized up one size because reviews. Sizing up is important. But I took a close look at shoes and they were scuffed, stained and had a cut on the sole and sent in a box that was not UGG....I definitely exchanged. When I received 2nd pair, the fit was different, the tag on sole pokes my heal on left shoe which sucks but the shoe is PERFECT CONDITION. And the box is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT box, a true UGG box with all the new supplies and wrapping. I realized then, the 1st pair I received was definitely a used pair. I paid almost 50$ over what ebay sellers are charging for this same shoe for convenience and customer service. But wow, to me this is absolutely trashy to experience. I definitely recommend sizing one up on these. I’m a true 7, but had to return those because my heel was hanging off and get an 8, which was a perfect fit. They are surprisingly really comfortable! My first UGGs and I’m in love!

Worth every penny! Looking forward to getting the brown, & a few others. These are just cozy enough for a house slipper, and indoor/outdoor slippers but also don’t hafto change shoes to go next door. Or down the road if you wanted, these are totally street wearable. & I wouldn’t be surprised if I don’t try wearing these to the mall just to see how much they help my feet!?! Lol!
