I read mixed reviews on these before I bought them, but here’s my experience: They are sooo comfy! I got a size 8, I am usually an 8.5 and they fit perfect. The bottom is super squishy and fuzzy. They do slip on the heel slightly but I honestly don’t really notice it anymore. I will say the first time I wore them they did make the tops of my feet sore. However I chose to wear them walking around at a theme park for several hours without breaking them in first…They haven’t bugged me since. I want all the colors of these, they go with everything! Over all great rain boot for the price.

I feel like I've been buying this style of boot every year and am always swayed to try a new brand after they fail to hold up to my comfort expectations or the elements. I went with UGG this time because I've always wanted to invest in a pair, but I wanted something weatherproof for the next couple months in the rainy weather that I can slide on in a hurry. The neoprene shaft is interesting compared to the elastic varieties I've had in the past in terms of ease of stretch. This allows for my ankles to breathe and still tuck in leggings and socks, but it's also waterproof so, dry socks! That said, the fit is WEIRD at first like others have said which is why I knocked off a star. Narrow toes that are tolerable because of the flex of the rubber and insole, but a very loose, wide heel. I bought my usual size 9 and felt that if I sized down, my toes would be squashed too much. So, to make up for the loose heel, I slid in a stiff-based plastic insole underneath as support that helped immediately, but not sure if it will last over time as the sherpa insole molds to my foot. The insole is thick, at least two and a half inches of foam with the sherpa lining on top. Feels more comfortable than any other Chelsea boot I've ever worn, and by comparison, one of the lightest as well. These are kind of like a hidden platform boot with a low heel. I also like that they don't scream UGG, pretty nondescript. I'm honestly kind of sick of leather or faux leather boots that always scuff and tear on the toes or get loose, overly visible stitching. Not sure if this is laziness on my part or failure to repair. I'm interested how the rubber material will work out over time and how the sole will hold up. Not sure yet if it is a truly non-slip sole but its entirely rubber. I noticed a few initial marks on the exterior, but they were easily wiped off. I think I could get away with dressing these up for nice occasions since the matte black rubber looks like leather if you squint lol. This boot is the definition of all-purpose, as long as the look and the fit holds up over time.

But they actually run large. When I removed the insert and replaced with BOTH a gel insole AND an Ugg sheepskin insole, the fit was much better. Great waterproof work boot.

I really wanted to love these rain boots. They’re super cute and very comfy and I really love how they are fuzzy inside. However, the ankle is just too big. When you walk, your foot slips out. I can’t justify getting a smaller size because I don’t think it would length wise. These are probably more suitable for someone with larger ankles or someone who wants to wear very thick socks.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews. But I was looking for waterproof shoes for work. My feet and hips were so sore at the end of every day and I’ve had every other type of Uggs and trusted the brand. I didn’t realize until I looked down at my boots at the end of the day and realized they were very scuffed.. but I also had NO PAIN. I work with dogs and am on my feet, on the ground, up & down all day. I’d recommend these to literally anyone. They also have great tread so I didn’t slide around as I would with sneakers or my duck boots. The only note I have is that they seemed tight at first but with a day of wear, they were comfortable. They didn’t rub or leave blisters anywhere and I just wore regular socks. I usually wear an 8.5-9 and I ordered an 8 and they are perfect.

I waited si long to write a review as here in SAN DIEGO doesn’t rain much. I purchase this item on oct 2023, use them on November 2023, as it rained, I work at a clinic so I wear them professionally. I stepped only from my car to the clinic and my feet felt little wet I check on my sock and sure enough was wet. I called custom service to see if I could exchange them as perhaps could be that the item is defective, but they informed me that the return or exchange policy is pass the time frame. I just wanted to be ready for raining season and as a result I’m stuck with defective raining boots. All I wanted was an exchange!!!
