I have 3 other pairs of Ugg boots but Iโve never seen a lack of attention to detail like I have in the Ugg Bailey button boots I ordered here. While all tags and packaging indicate this is an authentic product, the quality is terrible. The boots arrived with creases already in the suede. I have looked all over for signs of wear in case these were a returned pair but they are otherwise clean and seem to have come this way. The suede at the top of of the boots is cut in a way that is ragged and not smooth. I would expect this kind of oversight from cheap boots at Walmart but these boots are costly, genuine name brand Uggs, and should have better standards. In addition there is a loose thread by the sole of one of the boots! Itโs looks like Ugg takes no pride at all in the quality of boots they sell. This is unacceptable and very poor craftsmanship. I will be returning these boots and I do NOT recommend this product.
