True to size. Will fit a little snug at first but after wearing for a short time, they will break in and loosen up. Pretty much like most slippers, except these keep your feet very warm. The quality is amazing.

Bought the men's size as that was the only version that had the right color for her but they fit just fine according to her, and I imagine the fit, function, & feel is about the same for the women's sizes
