When choosing the size and color of this specific shoe (knowing they last a while!) we went with the true to size method and found it to be spot on. With the plush interior of the shoe, it does lay down and start forming to your feet over the first few wears and "breaking in" - even with socks on.. We went with the darker leather, knowing leather stretches and the padding softens just right for your foot, I don't recommend sizing up. It will break in. I am not sure if it is recommended, but coming from a family that wears boots, we mink oil and condition our leather goods. Helps protect in your investment of better quality goods. 10 out of 10, Ugg is a great shoe. Would buy again.

I have seen these shoes in the store often and said I would never buy a pair and then I received a pair as a Christmas present it was love at first step these shoes are awesome I love them so much I went back and bought another pair I can't believe with all the fur My feet don't sweat I was always afraid that they would make my feet sweat but they don't they're so comfortable I can wear them year-round and I do The first part I received as a gift I'm still wearing them and they have to be almost 3 years old I love these shoes I highly recommend them as a gift or just for yourself and if you have foot sweat problems don't sweat it I don't know how but it absorbs the moisture and they rarely sweat

Hope this helps buyer re how slipper fits. Got the standard mens slipper slip on fir lined size 10. Husband wears 9 1/2 in dress shoe. But wears 10 in SAS walking shoe . The 10 in the Ugg standard slppper was too tight. So changed style to moccasin got 11. The 11 was a thumb width at the toe was comfortable but was too big because the shoe was flopping off the back of his foot. So if you wear 10 in a good sneaker you need 10 1/2 which Ugg does not make. Had to send back. Hope this saves someone having to return the slippers.
