I normally wear a size 10 shoe. I currently have a pair of 11/12 slippers and they slip off my heels when I walk so I won't wear them on stairs. My daughter bought a pair of these slippers in size 9/10. I tried them on and although they were a little snug I figured I could stretch them out a bit. The slippers I bought are a little snug, but like I said, I'll stretch them out and they will be fine. They definitely keep your feet warm and are great for a quick to the car or to take out the trash. I love the look of these and the bi-color fur around the top. These are well made slippers and the stitching is pretty.

I am very impressed with not only these slippers, but with the company's desire to receive product feedback from their customers. I normally wear a size 8 or 8.5, and after reading a review that said these slippers run small, I ordered a size 9 - 10. Big mistake. These slippers do not run small, they seem to be standard size. I liked them enough to return the larger size and reorder a 7 - 8 size and these fit perfectly. My foot is 9.6" long and 4" at the widest part of my foot. When I went to return the too large slippers, there was no problem, but I was impressed with all of the questions from the company. They wanted to know how they could improve their slippers, what my opinion was of these slippers, and immediately sent me the 2nd pair I ordered. These slippers are fantastically comfortable. The sole is thick enough to wear outside in the rain and keep your feet dry. When I walk in these it feels like little clouds under my feet. These are nice and fuzzy inside, with a durable exterior. I am impressed with the quality, especially considering how inexpensive they are. I highly recommend this product. Five stars for a company who cares and a product made with quality.

Im leaving 3 stars only because they are super comfortable and cozy, but hands down these are the ugliest things i have ever seen. They look like cheap pleather but they are soft. They do not look like the image as advertised.
