I bought this strap on Dec 25, 2020. I’ve since surfed in huge conditions in socal and i’ve never had a problem with the strap. I’ve also wear it daily to work and school and never had an issue or complained. The strap is very comfortable and high quality. If you are going to surf with this strap, after taking a heavy fall i would check every now and then to make sure your watch is still there. mine never came loose but i always got paranoid of loosing it just in case. ... show more

I will say this the band is pretty small, my wrists aren’t the biggest and I’m on the 3rd loop so if your bigger or have a big wrist this may not work for you, for the price of this thing you would think they would include both a long and a short strap like some if the other decent bands like Barton.     • Great for small wrists
After losing my Apple Watch while surfing (whoa is me), I was on a mission to find a quality watch band with a buckle. I was using UAG’s velcro watch band when it fell off and now it lies at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean. I decided to give UAG another chance because it seems like a popular quality brand for water sports. The problem is that I am petite and have a small wrist. UAG makes such solid products, whether it's watch bands or phone cases, and this is the best quality silicone band out there. It has good weight, a thicker strap, a solid buckle, and the contact points to the watch face don't feel flimsy. I have a couple colors now, and will absolutely buy more. This band has a higher price point than a lot of the silicone bands on Amazon, but having tried the gamut, you get what you pay for. ... show more

I own another UAG band for my Apple Watch (its the 40mm version) and it fits great. Its the Nato strap version and I love it, but when I am working in the yard or going renovation work on the house it was getting soaked with sweat and very dirty, so I wanted a simple rubber one to use during those types of activities (and I lost the originals that came with it...) When I got UAG rubber one, I swapped it out and tried to put it on and found I could barely reach the last hole. See picture for comparison of the length. Overall the quality is nice, and it will work for my use case, but its tighter than I would want to wear on a regular basis. Wish UAG had made it like an inch longer for those of us with larger wrists. ... show more
