I'm always scared to buy skorts and short shirts because I'm a bigger gal. I feel so self conscious in them and end up pulling at them all day trying to cover what they aren't meant to cover but this set isn't like that at all! Everything is really the perfect length. The material is very soft and on the thicker side which means it doesn't drape, accentuate, and cling to the jiggly parts of me that stick out, like my belly. The shirt is a mock turtle neck, slightly form fitting but it doesn't squeeze you like a sausage casing and hits right above my hips. The skirt hits right above the knee and has thin material shorts under it. With every skort I've ever worn, the shorts ride up in the crotch area and I spend all day doing that weird, wide leg walk while pulling them down but these didn't do that on me. It's very figure flattering and looks so good. Very well made and well worth the money, I'm so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and got it.

Based on another review, I was expecting this to me more like traditional sweatsuit fabric, but it's a smooth, cooling "scuba-like" athletic fabric, which I guess is also used to make sweatsuits, but not what immediately comes to mind when I hear that word. The proportions work well for me being 5' tall (I'm approximately 130 lbs. right now and ordered a medium). I like the shirt tucked in front so you can see the ribbon tie and it doesn't make a bump under the shirt. The shorts (with pockets!) are also get big points for being nice and airy vs. tight bike shorts. And the mock neck on the shirt is great for hiding the lines I'm starting to get self-conscious about (I'm not planning to wear this for tennis or athletics, so not as worried about getting hot.) The only thing that would have made this even better would be shorts in the skirt itself, but that's in my perfect world. Can't wait to wear this when the weather warms up!

This set is made of stretchy and comfortable fabric. I ordered a large even though I typically wear medium because I wanted a looser fit. Due to the stretch of the fabric, the large size fit well for both the top and the skort. The arm holes are cut close to the body and the mockneck turtleneck is comfortable. While the skort does not have any pockets, the shorts underneath do have pockets on both sides. The set looks good together or as separates. Even though the fabric is amazingly comfortable, it does show every body imperfection. However, it might be less noticeable with dark colors. I still recommend this set for its versatility and comfortable fabric.

The first thing I noticed about this was the thick stretchy material it's definitely high quality. I like the shorts underneath the skirt they are generous to cover thick legs and still look modest. The top fits great on the upper chest and still has some give in the tummy area so you can tuck it in or wear it out it is very versatile. The only thing I noticed was compared to the drawstring which is a true navy blue the outfit itself looks like a very deep purple not very noticeable unless the drawstring is hanging but other than that I really love it and I highly recommend it. I ordered a medium and I am a size 8.

I ordered my usual size M, 5’5”, 146, 34D, and it fits perfectly. The fabric is smooth and lightweight. It does not feel like your typical (or what I’d think of) sweatshirt/sweatpants fabric. I like the feel and look of this outfit. It can be worn playing pickle ball, tennis or any sport, actually. OR it can be worn running errands, grabbing lunch with friends or shopping for a cute look. It’s very versatile. I like that it has built in shorts that are not thick, bulky and heavy. This does not have pockets which definitely would have been nice.

This skirt set fits as expected. I’m 5'7", 145 lbs, and the medium worked well for me. The fit is flattering with good coverage, and the material feels soft and of decent quality. It washed well, and I’m looking forward to wearing it in warmer weather.

I totally love the skorts! Outfit was true to size and color, and fit nicely. The neck was not too tight thank goodness. The skirt waist is elastic in the rear only, but has a tie to tighten if needed. There is one pocket on the inner layer of skorts, on left thigh, for your phone. Material is stretchy, soft to the touch, and breathable. Very comfortable. Great for summer days. Because I am a little shorter than the model, the skirt comes to just above my knee. The top does overlap the waist a bit as the model shows. Stitches are strong and straight. Very well put together, nice quality outfit.
