I ended up buying these and a smaller version of the same brand so I could keep one in my toiletry bag for when I leave town. They have a nice sharp edge to them and come to a perfect point. Having just birthed my second child, a forest sometimes seems like its growing on my face. Hormones! These tweezers help me clear the trees from the forest. It easily grabs the hair and gets down to the root. I tried another brand which would break the hairs a lot of time. I haven't had that issue so far. I use them multiple times a week and they still seem like they have a lot of life in them and will last awhile. My only complaint is that they are a little expensive, but they seem high quality and worth it.

I ordered my Tweezerman Slant Tweezer Granite Sky Model No. 1230-GSR on July 13, 2022 but it took 10 days to receive on July 23rd. Not a big deal but still longer than expected for an Amazon stocked and shipped product. Purchased at $13.99 which was the least expensive compared to the other colors offered for the same slant tweezer. Tweezers can be expensive so at this price point, it performed well. Color blue was fine but it wasn’t the same blue as pictured. I have attached 4 photos as part of my review. Two to show the front and back of the package and two more to illustrate the actual size of the tweezer. The model 1230-GSR appears by the bar code in the back of package. The Tweezer size in the description is totally inaccurate. The actual length of this tweezer is 4-13/16 inches (see photo) which is standard (not the mini) but it was not at all as stated in the team’s description which stated: Dimensions LxWxH as 6.5 x 2 x 0.1 inches. I thought maybe it represented the package dimensions but it is not since package is 5.5 x 2.5 x 0.75 inches. Overall, the tweezer performs well. What you would expect from the Tweezerman brand reputation. Some reviewers have provided negative comments about these tweezers not catching fine hairs or cutting the hair when attempting to pull it and although I did find this to be true, I also found that if you adjust the tension you apply when squeezing the tweezer, it worked perfectly! With the right tension, it got every hair although it may take more than one attempt for fine thinner hairs.

I had a great pair of tweezers I bought from tjmaxx years ago, they disappeared few months ago so I’ve searched high and low for a pair that were as good as they were to no avail. These would be great if they weren’t so sharp. They do pluck some hairs but they’re so sharp that they’re cutting other hairs. About 50% get plucked and the other 50% are being trimmed. I use tweezers to pluck not trim so I will continue my search.
