My wife bought these tweezers for me for Christmas last year. I didn't even know I needed these bad boys but once I started using them I would never buy another brand going forward. These things are so good at getting very small and short hairs that grow where they shouldn't. I use them for hairs or dead skin or whatever you need to get and your fingers can't. I always used whatever tweezers were laying around in our bathroom and they worked well to an extent but once I got these I knew I had been using way less superior tweezers. First off, these are the best tweezers I've ever owned. I was tired of ripping off half my face with my old cheap pair. I started looking into tweezers online and found an article giving a shout out to Tweezerman tweezers. When I started shopping for them I got a little sticker shock. Was I really going to spend that much on a pair of tweezers? And I wanted both pairs... I wasn't ready to commit to $30 in tweezers. Tweezers?! I mean Walgreens has tweezers for like $3, right? Then I found this travel kit. And then I found the meaning of good tweezers. Bsh.... Treat yourself! These are incredibly accurate. No more trying to pull the same hair over and over. No more grabbing skin by accident. No more cutting hairs by accident. They come together and close fully. The sharp set is very sharp and versatile. And while I'm not a tweezer nerd, so I don't know all the things to tell you about why they're the best, I can tell you that they beat every pair I've tried. They are worth it. This set doesn't seem small to me (I kinda expected them to be small because they're a travel set). I love the leather case. I love how accurate they are. I love that they don't require me to try to pull a hair multiple times. I don't seem to pinch myself as often as I did with my old pair. And I don't have to use a Titan grip to grab hairs. This is essentially the same set as the Tweezerman Petite Tweezer Set found here on Amazon. I don't understand why the same product gets great ratings under the other listing, but not here. Here is a copy of the product review I wrote for the Tweezerman Petite Tweezer Set: This is my first set of TWEEZERMAN tweezers as I have always used RUBIS and DOVO tweezers. I puchased this set to keep in the car, and was attracted to the leather travel case as well as the price point. Upon opening the package, I noticed that the tweezers were made in India, but that Tweezerman is headquartered in New York and a member of Zwilling J.A. Henckels Group from Germany. My kitchen knives are Henckels and I love them, so this suddenly made me feel a little more confident in my purchase. Overall I am pleased with the set, but do find the quality lesser than what I am used to in the Rubis and Dovo brands. The points are not quite as precise, and the material is lighter. The pointed tweezer is approximately 3 1/2" long, and the slanted pair is a little less at around 3 1/4" in length. The magnetic closure on the case is strong, and has a nice "snap" sound when it closes. Since I will not be using them regularly, I'm sure they will suit my needs well. I only wish they included a nail clipper with this set. I placed this order because I wanted a different color case for another vehicle. The product description for this item said "Carry case is available in assorted colors and product shipped will be either red, green, or brown."
