TSLA’s Thermal Compression Pants have become a year-round essential for me here in South Florida, where “winter” is more like a mild summer. They give just the right amount of warmth without feeling heavy or hot. The micro-fleece lining is soft against the skin, and the material hits the perfect middle ground—not too light, not too thick. Indoors with strong AC or outside while moving around, they stay comfortable, dry, and flexible. The fabric is durable, and the seams sit flat and don’t rub. The only detail to keep in mind is sizing. I normally wear XL (39–40), but going up to 3XL (44–46) gives the best fit. Once the size is right, the stretch and support feel spot on—secure without feeling tight. And to be clear, these are not underwear. They’re meant to be worn as athletic tights or a base layer. They work well for just about everything: gym, cycling, hiking, basketball, working at a desk, cooking at home, or just relaxing. It’s hard to find thermal leggings that stay comfortable in a warm climate, and these do that consistently. The one thing I’d like to see is a wider range of colors. TSLA’s regular compression line has plenty of options, and adding more choices here would be great. Overall, these are excellent. Comfortable, reliable, and long-lasting. They don’t lose their shape, the fabric holds up over time, and they feel just as good during activity as they do during everyday wear. They’ve become one of those pieces I don’t have to think about—I just reach for them because I know they’ll work. Once the size is right, everything fits the way it should. Very comfortable compression pants. I bought these for winter running because I feel that sweatpants are too much and shorts are too cold in 15 to 30 degree temperatures. These thermal compression pants are the perfect happy medium between the two. I prefer to wear them under my shorts and they look like me s thermals, not leggings. It should be noted that the quality is comparable to high end thermals that I have for hunting, to the point which I have replaced them with these. I wear these for fall and winter bicycling. They are a comfortable fit, provide good protection from wind, and do actually help to keep warm. For the price, they are hard to beat and I like them so much I bought a second one.

    • Outstanding base layer for the price
These pants are extremely warm and comfortable. I enjoy the fleece lining and the way they stretch works perfectly for me. Just a couple of notes. The extremely warm is for temps in the mid 30's and above. These are great but I would recommend going to a thicker 1st layer if you are in temps below 30's. I don't want to over state these pants. Also the size is slightly off. I am 5*11 tall at 190 and I have a 34 waist. With that being said, TSLA chart recommends the Medium for a 34 waist. NOPE, NO, NADA. I got the Large which says 35 to 37 and it fits "Snug" but comfortable on me. You can probably fit the medium on your 34 waist but I am thinking it's going to be tight on your waist and if you workout you legs at all it will be WAY to tight on your legs. Just saying......     • Not Winter OUTDOORS Quality...
These are okay, but NOTHING like, say, an UnderArmour product. You can tell when you put it on, the weave isn't nearly as tight, and they do not keep you that warm. I cannot wear the higher quality ones in the house for more than a few minutes before I start to sweat...I put these on this morning and have worn them around the house all day and am actually a bit chilly sitting in my office at the end of the day, so I am sure these will NOT be warm enough to use as foundational running/walking/hiking gear in the winter. I'll keep them to wear around the house and buy something better for outdoors. ... show more
