I stand on my feet and have back pain, the compression shirt fits snug and not to tight (I’m 6’3 185lbs) ordered the large size, the compression helps with muscle fatigue. The fabric is very breathable and protects my arms but still feel a slight chill on my arms. This is ideal for spring/summer work, workouts, working outside to protect from the sun.
