I like that they came in Wide sizes and that they are easy to slip on and off. What most attracted me to these shoes was the gray/black color and other blended colors they offer. Seem to be well built and medium weight shoes. I like the no tie laces. Wish they were a bit more light weight but realize these are heavy soles that increase your height about and inch. Reasonably priced and comfortable.

So I was getting ready for a long walking vacation in Europe. I knew I'd be walking a lot on rough cobble stone streets. So I took a long shot gamble on these shoes. All the ads and descriptions said "WIDE" which I now believe is a marketing typo. Anyway when the shoes arrived only days before my trip I knew it was too late to return them. I opened the box and immediately thought WOW these look cool! As soon as I put them on, WOW these are light and fit great! Not wide and sloppy as I was fearing. The original insert is just meh, not terrible but I wasn't impressed. So I swapped them out for more supportive softer inserts. I took them on my trip and was able to walk 55 thousand steps over a three day period. (that's 26 miles) Others complained of sore feet and I was like, ya know.?. .. my feet actually feel great! The bottoms are basketball shoe sticky so there's no worry about slipping. They are light, flexible and airy allowing your feet too breath. The sole is similar to a sports shoe or Sketchers soft yet supportive and with plenty of give so you don't feel all the bumps and jars. The sole in deep enough that I never worried about stepping in shallow puddles and having soaked feet. These shoes have seen some fairly rough abuse and even damp days and never let me down. I am truly surprised at how well they have held up and how much I like them. They are very supportive and comfortable and have literally become my every day shoe.

I was born without arches so I have had a literal lifelong problem finding shoes that fit my extra wide feet. As a woman with extra wide feet I felt like I was the only person in the world with this problem. I have even gone so far as to cut out arch supports from shoes that claimed to be wide just to fit my feet but, alas, I was still always in pain. I had never heard of the Hey Dudes brand but if it is similar to these I will definitely give them a try. I will honestly say my expectations were low and I was anticipating sending them back but I was so surprised that they fit, were very comfortable and extremely wide. The ONLY thing I added to these were my trusty Dr. Scholl's insoles.. I have been in heaven ever since. So far I have had them for 3 weeks and I love them.

I purchased the red shoes especially for the holidays. I really like the red and grey combo. I also like the fact that the soles are rugged looking to give it a more masculine look. I typically wear anything from 10.5-11.5 wide, but I got the size 10 in these shoes, and they fit me fine. The inner sole isn't all that great so I will probably add a cushioned inner sole at some point. The shoes slip on easy and feel good around the home or office. I don't think these shoes are made for heavy use, lots of walking, hiking, etc. but good for casual light duty use. For my purposes, they're fine.
