...I can not acquit...and that was the issue with Apple's Air-Anything-You-Can-Stick-In-Your-Ears-To-Listen-To-Music. One size definitely did not fit all with that product. Wired or wireless, it didn't matter. Besides, I wanted something different, something black. I saw other black pods out there but settled for these, thinking I could always return them if they didn't fit the way I needed them to. Well, long story short, they DO. And they STAY PUT. The range isn't all that spectacular, but since when does one stray further away than 20 feet from their device, anyway? This makes them perfect for cleaning up around the house, and later this week, they'll get put through the paces for my physical therapy sessions. Update forthcoming, but so far, so good. These are a solid purchase. UPDATE (21 Feb 21): Finally remembered I had a review on these, and needed to update it. Well, I’m snatching a star back for the subpar-but-still-serviceable sound quality and the intermittent lack of response when either stopping the music or navigating tracks. But they still STAY PUT. I understand there is a newer and slightly slimmer version of these, so I’ll give those a go soon. If they addressed the sound quality and response issues, it’ll be one of the best product upgrades I’ve ever experienced.

Second DEFUNC product that I've bought now and to say the least have not been disappointed in my choice. These were an upgrade from the original product that I had bought with a sleeker look and better fit in my ears. If you're looking for an immersive and loud performance from your earbuds look no further. Perfect for the gym, these earbuds have touch capabilities that makes pausing, skipping songs, and cranking up the volume that's sure to pump you up for your cardio or big lift. The microphone in the earbuds is surprisingly crisp compared to other earbuds I have attempted to use and makes handling calls a breeze. Battery charging pack is an upgrade from the original product that has more charging capabilities and keeps the earbuds from falling out of the case. The black headphones not only sound great and fit well, but look CRISPY. Let me tell ya, I feel like a million bucks and like I should have some ice on my wrist when I wear these things. As for the sound quality, the headphones can get LOUD, but don't compromise the integrity of the music, and plays like the producer intended. The magnets within the headphones solve the endless uncertainty of "I don't want to lose just one of these headphones" that helps to attach the buds together in order to keep track of these ABSOLUTE gems. I purchased these headphone about a month ago. I have wired defunc headphones that I already love because they are the only headphones that fit in my ears nicely. I was excited to see they had wireless ones as well. They work well besides the connection sound blowing out my ear drums. I am upset though because the right headphone actually just stopped working and now the songs/voices are all mumbled sounding I'm not sure why since I've only had them for a month and they sit on my desk at work and never leave that area. They have some connection problems I have to connect them everytime to my computer rather than them automatically connecting, but they do connect to my phone automatically.

The overall design and materials used to make these make them seem like high end, quality earbuds. I really like the matte black finish. They looks and feel great. The fit was nice in my ears, I have small ears btw so it's difficult for me to find earbuds that work with my ears. The sound quality though is highly lacking, because of this I will be returning. I tested with multiple different songs from different genres, and was not impressed. They sound very muffled.

These earbuds look good, feel good and have a very nice matte feel. The only reason I'm giving these four stars is that no matter how long I charge these they refuse to charge past 90%. I've charged them all night (minimum of five hours) and still only hold a 90% charge. Also even when they are supposedly "fully charged" they do not last very long. Even my cheaper earbuds last up too four hours.

Unfortunately this product failed to meet my expectations. I know the price is significantly low than other products, but I still decided to give it a try. The sound is actually good, not the best, but good. The problem I had was with the battery life. After fully charging it, it only lasted about 4 hours.

I thought I was getting black ones, but I ended up with white ones. The sound is good, the battery life is good. They are comfortable, but they don't seem to fit snugly in my ears, and they fall out easily.
