I had originally purchased for self, but then returned it once family offered to gift one once baby arrived. I know the price is up there, but if someone is willing to gift it then definitely consider getting it! It has been used for room sharing every night by my baby (since newborn to now 3 months) to promote safe sleep. I love that the surrounding material is breathable to prevent suffocation. My newborn baby loved turning to the side and this gave me peace of mind because there were occasions where he’d manage to get his face against it at night. The bottom storage part is great for baby and breastfeeding supplies! The sound feature is nice, but since I have a white noise machine, I never really used that feature. As for the rocking feature I used it a lot from newborn to about 2 months and then didn’t really need it for him to fall asleep (I included video of the fastest setting). I love the light feature. I included the lowest and highest level in the pictures. The light is more of a yellow hue than what is pictured. To this day it’s super useful for night breastfeeding sessions and diaper changes. It doesn’t wake up my baby since it’s a warmer light tone. The looks of the bassinet are very appealing so it can create an aesthetic effect. The mattress portion is plastic lined so any diaper leaks or throw up accidents were easily cleaned by washing the cover. The bassinet is a decent weight, but I think that’s good since it decreases tipping over risks. Do to the weight, I do wish it was mobile instead of stationary so it could be easier to move around. My baby will soon be 4 months and then it’ll be time to upgrade since he’s getting close to being too snug for the length. This bassinet functions through WiFi and an app to work the sound, rocking, and light features. I was hesitant to purchase this with zero reviews but figured I'd pull the trigger and maybe help other curious moms. The bassinet is beautiful. Very simple and aesthetically pleasing. Love that it is smart and you can control from your phone. The sway setting is very minimal. I expected way more of a rocking motion but really it is more of a vibration. It has multiple music/sound settings. Love that it has a heartbeat option for those early newborn weeks. Also, not promoting this, but the Dock-A-Tot fits perfectly in it. The bassinet is beautiful, however, I think one of the biggest flaws is that it can never be stationary. It rocks when you put the baby down or even brush against it versus only rocking when you’ve activated the rocking feature.
