I’m about 6’1” and 166lbs, and a string bean. That being said, I bought a medium long. All and all its a pretty great shirt. Its thin, almost summer-style, and offers a lot of space for movement, but it still fits the shoulders and sleeves. My only complaint is the sleeve pockets, where you’d typically keep a pen or something along those lines, are too small to accommodate more than one pen. Other than that, no complaints ... show more

I have worn this multicam blouse a lot. Not only do I love the Tru-Spec pocket configuration, but the blouse is extremely well made. Multicam camoflage is currently the most advanced camoflage on the market. I wore an full multicam uniform for an intense capture-the-flag game and people had a hard time trying to see me even when I was not hiding in any type of folage. I had people passing within three feet of me and people were unable to spot me at 50 yards when I stood still. I have seen many types of camoflage in action ACU, BDU, DBDU, British DPM 95, Swedish M90, US NAVY Type 3 NWU, German flecktarn, and the list goes on. Multicam is simple the best. Well made. Lots of pockets. Very heavy. More of a jacket vs shirt. VERY wide overall. Very wide sleeves, including the cuffs. Hubby usually wears 3XL, however even though shoulders fit, everything else is massive! Will be returning. Choosing not to just exchange bc the width. Most larger men need extra long shirts. This one is very short. Would be good for short stocky man. If I were exchanging it, I'd get a size smaller, however then the shoulders wouldn't be right. ... show more
