This one fit perfectly on our 2019 Toyota Prius LE. It’s the kind that bolts from behind and not through the holes like some other/previous Prius models. The hardest part of this job, done in my house’s garage, was getting the old one out. It was welded into the knuckle by the rust. Hitting it with a sledge hammer didn’t loosen it. Applied several amounts of PB penetrating oil and later some Rust Jelly from the front and the back. The bolts came out easily but I almost gave up on removing the hub assembly. After it finally came out, a wire brush and a grinding stone on a Dremel was used to clean the knuckle and remove all the rust. Then the new part fit well and snuggly. Anti-sizing compound was used one the part and the knuckle. The videos I watched to get info didn’t depict a predicament where it was so difficult to remove the existing, so be warned. Hopefully this one will last longer than the 6yrs the original lasted. ... show more

I got a free Subaru and there was an awful noise from the front left wheel. Really nasty and obvious bad bearing. I got this one delivered and had to remove the knuckle to put it in. The bearing sticking in the knuckle is a common thing apparently for these Subarus. I saw the fancy tricks online to remove it in-place, but could not get them to work. Anyway, the new part is installed, car drives fine now. Pic shows new and old bearing next to the knuckle. ... show more

    • Smooth start, failed early (~3k mi, pro install). Awaiting TRQ response.

I had this TRQ front wheel bearing & hub assembly professionally installed on my 2009 Prius about three months ago. It was quiet and smooth initially, but at roughly 3,000 miles it began rattling when turning slightly to the right. Definitely not something expected this early from a wheel bearing, especially one installed by a shop. I’ve reached out to TRQ using their support form and requested warranty assistance. If they respond positively — replacement or refund — I’ll gladly update this review to reflect the outcome. Parts can fail, sure, but not typically this soon. I’m hoping TRQ steps up here. I’d like to continue using their products, but longevity and customer support are what earn returning customers. UPDATE: It's been several days and NO REPLY AT ALL...and I'm not one to drive around with a bum bearing, so I have decided to buy a higher quality wheel bearing from elsewhere, and I recommend that you do the same. There are times that cheaper parts bought on Amazon are worth it, this is NOT one of those times. ... show more

If your City Express or NV200 has developed a grinding or rumbling noise coming from the rear, this is likely what you need. The TRQ unit includes the integrated ABS sensor, which is essential since these vans rely on it for traction and stability control. Customers consistently report that the grinding noise disappears after installation and that the unit bolts on cleanly without modification. TRQ's installation video for this application is practical and worth watching before you start. One caveat worth noting: as with most aftermarket wheel bearings, the longevity compared to OEM is not fully proven over the long term, so it is wise to inspect periodically if the vehicle is a high-mileage work van.
