Keeping in mind these little trophies are less than $1 per trophy, I would recommend them. If the cost was a bit more I would not. They are very thin and weigh almost nothing but work great for a little award for recognition, the black base gives plenty of room to adhere your own labels, and I appreciate that the bottom is not open and actually has a solid base if that makes sense. My box came fully intact and the 5/12 that I’ve used had no defects but based on other’s reviews I would suggest buying more trophies than you need just in case. If looking for a more heavy duty trophy or something that you want the recipients to be impressed by, keep shopping, but these are great for fun gestures of appreciation and recognition and the thumbs up is more creative than the basic golden cup/chalice trophies. ... show more

I bought these to use as awards for minute to win it games. The kids loved them, and they served their purpose. However, 3 of them broke that night during the party as kids were playing with them just from running around with them or throwing them around. They aren't sturdy at all and aren't meant to be played with. If you want something you can just put on a shelf and not really use, these are cool. They aren't durable or meticulously decorated, but they are good for little awards if you don't need them to last very long. ... show more
