Read lots of reviews and decided to go with the xl. I could have easily sized down, but with a belt it's fine! It wasn't so bad that I had to send back. However, I will be getting the smaller size next color I purchase! I wore them with wedges and they were still a lil long, but not like dragging to the floor. Definitely couldn't wear them with flats, without them looking too long. I'm 5'8" and 182lb for reference. I love the wide legs and they do not look cheap in the least. The one part I coulda lived without is the lil stretch band in the back. It gave me 5 year old vibes with the elastic back, but again not that significant, however that is why I kept going back and forth prior to purchasing. All in all, they are super comfy and I personally don't have to look at the stretchy part, while I'm wearing them, so it's all good! I also put no sew the bottom of the pants so that If I wanted to wear flats, I could! I didn't want to wait to get them altered professionally and I'm no seamstress...so I would definitely recommend snagging these beauts!

I'm a tall girl, 5'11, 145 lbs, waist 27 inches. I bought a small and medium to try. They both fit, but the medium was definitely less flattering. Small was tighter in the waist and hips. The waist and hips fit fine for both overall, but the legs were just way too baggy. I didn't think it was possible for me to look stumpy being so tall, but these took out any shape/length you might have. If you are considering the Abercrombie high waisted wide leg tailored pants which are similar, drop the extra money if you can and just buy those. They have a more flattering fit!

They’re lightweight, so perfect for modest outfits in hotter seasons! I love the triangle shaped folds, which hides my mom pooch. It’s also great for us tall girlies (I’m 5’9). For pants, I’m usually a size 10-12 and an XL fits great. The only downsides is that the pant legs are super wide and almost looks blocky. And that it SUPER high waisted so the crotch part hangs pretty low. But all and all, I’m keeping it! Love the look!

Lovely pants but way too long unless you are tall. I am 5’ and 115 and bought a short medium. The pants have an elastic waist so I would be better with the small but they run way too long ; probably 3-4” and would need to be altered so they would come to my ankle. Otherwise, pants are well made and attractive.

Here’s the thing I’m a weird size I’m 5’4 with 35 in waist / between 16/18 in jeans and carry weight in my stomach, have bigger thighs. Finding pants that work well that aren’t giving me camel toe or anything else is hard. I love these. I got so many compliments on them . I got the light blue pair but I have 4 other colors in my basket. Very light weight and comfortable. If you are 5’4 you might want to get them hemmed- I can’t tell if I just can’t walk in flowy pants or if they are just a hair to long with flats

I went by the measurements and the fit is great. Maybe just a titch long (I'm 5'6", waist 35, and got XL) but there is enough room in the rise that I can wear them high at my natural waist and they don't drag on the ground. They have belt loops, nice deep pockets, and a flat hook and zip closure on the fly. There's elastic on the back of the waistband. The material is thin suiting, kind of a drapy polyester twill, it has a flat, cool, smooth surface. It drapes great, doesn't seem to wrinkle, and since it is all-polyester, it does need a good spray of Static Guard to keep it from clinging. They flow when walking and are comfortable to wear, though the surface is kind of cool and slick. The pant legs are the same width all the way down, with two pleats in the front gathering the excess fullness to the waist. The back has no pleats and is thus less voluminous, so it shows the curve of the butt a bit more. I like the fullness of these and the material won't wrinkle easily, so they'd be nice for travel.

All the people saying this runs small need to have an honest conversation with a tape measure. I sized up and I can hula out of these. I’m keeping them because they can be taken in easily. The material isn’t the most luxe, but hey—they’re Amazon pants.
