The stuff works just fine. But customer service is lacking. Had a bottle come leaking in the box as the inner seal had been breached. Couldn't get it replaced or returned. If I were you, I'd try to buy the lube in a physical store.

This is our new favorite! We both enjoy the extra feeling it has and the bottle is easy to use and doesn't make a mess. It's right in between Silky and thick which works perfectly for us. NO weird smells or stickiness, it's long lasting and just incredible. Will be stocking up on this for sure!
