The assembly was about standard for any assembly type furniture. Took maybe 15 minutes on my own. We swapped this for our old graco one and I’m mad I waited so long. The Stokke is WAY easier to clean, baby sits up SO much better, and it’s a much smaller footprint in our space. I bought the tray add on and I’m glad I did, as my baby is a messy eater so sitting her right at the table isn’t the best option at the moment. I highly recommend this high chair for anyone on the fence. I hate that it was so expensive, but after using it I can now understand why. I’d buy it again immediately if it somehow went missing.

We just bought this for our 6 month old as we were starting with solids. The high chair straps are a little bit tricky to get to the right fit the first time, but other than that it is GREAT. I felt like it was easy to put together and I can see why it is going to be great for my growing child. It feels VERY solid and it's been easy to clean for the last 2 weeks of use.

I am very disappointed with the color so much so that I’m thinking of selling it. I would label this walnut color “Cherry walnut”. I love the structure of this high chair (and knew I would as others I know have it). Mine did not come with any dings but the outer box did have a hole where the plastic high chair piece was coming through (but not damaged).

Most of the reviews are pretty accurate in that the product comes slightly damaged, looks like it's used but since there are so many reviews saying the same thing, it might be that the wood chips from the delivery and handling? Anyways sturdy product and nicer than the baby high chairs you normally buy but does come chipped. mine was chipped on the front foot but we decided to keep it. will use it for our next baby as well. If I didn't buy this I would rather use the UpSeat as you can place it on a regular chair and has the same ergonomic fit and function plus it;s more versatile. Anyways, it's an okay sturdy/stylish chair for a pricy $$. It's also short (not to be used to sit with the family on island tables or high tables).

If you’re looking for a well made high chair that will grow your baby this is the one. I did a lot of comparing to slightly cheaper similar models of the TripTrapp and they all had some flaw that would be a nag for the duration of the chairs use and their prices were only ~$100 cheaper. At these price points I didn’t want any issues (like not being able to remove tray with one hand, or tray covers that’s plastic cracks, or not being able to adjust the foot piece high enough to reach a child just starting solids, etc). If you’re going to charge that much everything should be in order. Therefore the extra money is worth it in my opinion.
