Nobody fully prepares you for the sheer frequency of newborn poop! My little one is just two weeks old, and it feels like we're changing diapers constantly, around the clock. Even with what feels like non-stop pooping, his skin has stayed clear. On the one occasion where I saw a tiny bit of redness starting (probably because I wasn't quick enough with a change!), applying this cleared it right up by the next diaper change. It seems to really soothe the skin quickly, which might be thanks to the botanicals they include along with the heavy dose of zinc oxide. Knowing it's hypoallergenic gives extra peace of mind for brand new, sensitive skin.
